It's at this time so that it's late enough to still have dinner with your family if you desire and just choose dessert, but also early enough that you can enjoy a dinner out if that is your preference. Personally, I think I'll end up with an appetizer/dessert combo--Bang Bang Shrimp and Key Lime Pie are both my fave! :)
We will get some uninterrupted adult conversation! I know it will be a time of mutual encouragement and developing deeper friendships.
We will spend some time discussing Echo in Celebration, Leigh Borton's free e-book on the joys and blessings of homeschooling--both the things that we see now and things to come!
